Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Terms and Conditions of Sale listed below are valid for all purchases of products from Trisori's online shop at www.trisori.com.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will at all times be accessible on Trisori's website. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale thoroughly. We regularly update these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Changes will be posted on Trisori.com.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Prices and payment

The applicable price is that which is listed on the website on the day of the order for the product in question. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT for all countries within the European Union (EU). Sales to countries outside of EU are not charged VAT. The VAT element will automatically be deducted at the checkout stage, when a non EU delivery address is provided.

Please note that for purchases from outside the EU, your local customs office may charge you additional duties and taxes. Costs relating to customs clearance shall be paid to the courier by the buyer upon delivery of the product(s). Information on such topic can be requested at your local customs office.

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address provided at the time of order.

We Accept the following methods of payments:
MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron & Worldpay, Debit MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Paypal.

Delivery Details and Cost

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days maximum subject to product availability.

Items shown on the website as "In stock" are normally available. Should an item has just sold out we will notify you by email. Customer will in that case be informed of the delivery time and decide if still proceed with the order or cancel it. Delivery time for sold out items can vary from 2 to 8 weeks.

Delivery in the UK - £6: Goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Signature will be required at the time of delivery. Should no-one be available at the provided address at the time of delivery, a card will be left by Royal Mail indicating the available options for collection. This would normally include having the item re-delivered at a later date or collecting it from the local collection office.

Deliveries outside of the UK - £14: Goods will be sent by Royal Mail tracked service. Delivery time will depend upon the specific country. Signature will be required at the time of delivery. Should no-one be available at the provided address at the time of delivery, a card will be left by the courier indicating the instructions to arrange a re-delivery.

Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with it, please return it for an exchange (subject to item availability) or for a full refund. All products returned (when not faulty) must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.

Trisori will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or have had their tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day if you wish to return the item.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging

Please send back the item(s) you want to exchange, or return for a refund along with a copy of your receipt, within 7 working days from the date when the good(s) was delivered. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We would strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for any items which do not reach us.

Put them in their original box, and in a bubble envelope or cardboard box for protection and mail them insured or tracked, with a note requesting what you would like us to exchange them for or that you would like a refund to:

If you requested an exchange, we will ship them back to you, no charge! Then you can enjoy something you really love. If you requested a refund, we will refund your purchase price less shipping. Refunds will always be processed onto the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Shipping is non-refundable, except where products are returned as faulty. Tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU are non-refundable.

If the product is returned as faulty, refund will include shipping.

Bespoke items and Special Orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

Goods Quality and Specifications

Trisori's products are individually hand made and often include stones that are specifically cut to fit the design. Please note that some items are made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.


Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Intellectual Property Rights

The "Trisori" trade mark as well as product names, illustrations, contents, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs, copyrights, which appear on the products, website, accessories or packaging, are and remain the exclusive property of Trisori. Any reproduction, whether complete or partial, for whatever reason and in whatever medium, without Trisori's written, complete and prior agreement, is strictly prohibited.

Online Content

The author assumes no liability whatsoever for correctness or quality of the information provided. The author shall be held harmless for any and all liability claims against the author for material or intangible damage arising from the use or non-use of the information provided, or from the use of defective and incomplete information unless the author's intentional or grossly negligent fault is proven.

All content is subject to change without notice and is non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire content without prior advance notice, or to suspend or terminate publication.


Trisori accepts no liability for goods not received within 10 working days of the date on which the order was placed, unless you notify us by e-mail within 15 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. Trisori cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of Royal Mail. If the goods we deliver are faulty or not the right items or quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.


Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders or offer you services such as new alerts or reminder services. Trisori does not combine your individual information with any kind of site analysis, but we do look at the overall browsing behaviour of our customers to improve the way the site navigates. We also do not track your behaviour on any other sites or follow you once you've left Trisori.com, but we do use cookies to help us provide a personalized service. Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Please note we do not hold financial information.

Use of Cookies

As a result of viewing this website some information may become stored upon your computer. This information may be in the form of a 'cookie' or similar file which may help Trisori in many ways for instance to improve the content of the website or to improve the matching of users interests or preferences. If you do not want a cookie to be stored in your computer, most internet browsers have functions to erase cookies from the computer's hard drive or to block all cookies or to receive a warning before a cookie is stored. You are welcome to use such facilities to prevent the installation of any cookie but by accessing our website you consent to Trisori's use of any information gathered for the purposes mentioned above.

Force Major

Trisori shall not be bind by any contractual obligation and shall not be obliged to pay any indemnification in the event of force major events preventing Trisori from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, including but not limited to insurrections, social disorders, telephone and internet breakdowns or damages to internet security and functionality, strikes and impossibility for Trisori to purchase the materials and products from third parties.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions of sale are governed by English law.
